I think I'm a strategiest at heart, in business and in life. One of the things I'm very interested in doing in this section of my site is that I want to help the Startup entrepreneurs or small business owners to gain the benefits of business strategies as the large corporates do. The Mckinsey style business analysis and strategy work is greatly benefitical to large corporates, so I want to bring those same kind of benefits to the Startup entrepreneurs.

In my strategy posts, I want to keep my content relevant and engaging. So for the most part, depending on the topic, I will first explain the strategy framework using a startup example, then outline the considerations the entrepreneurs need to consider when making related decisions.
